THE SPACE

The estate is located close to the Vagator and Anjuna beaches and is not far from Chapora Beach either. We have several villas that can host multiple groups at any point in time. Each villa comes with spacious living & dining spaces and a lovely large patio, and houses 3 bedrooms, all air conditioned with en suite bathrooms. The private aqua marine swimming pool amidst lavish surroundings completes the package. Indoor elegance blends seamlessly with outdoor living spaces. These villas personify style and feature all the fantastic amenities of a hotel along with the comforts of a home.

Holidays in Goa are ones where the tan fades but the memories remain. We have a whole range of services in place to ensure that your time at these villas is unforgettable. If you’re looking for some adventure, we can organise windsurfing and sailing classes or if you’d just like to spend some time at the property, we recommend a visit to our spa for some R and R. Check in time is 2:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villas. There are designated smoking zones in the outdoor areas of the villas. We have a strict anti-narcotic policy at the property.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancel the booking 15 days in advance, you will get 100% refund.

Cancel between 7-15 days in advance and you will get a 50% refund.

Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

Please check with our team for the cancellation policy for booking during peak season: December and January.

  • La Maroma is one of the most beautiful property in Goa I have stayed so far. Whenever I end up coming to goa, be it with friends, family or work, I end up staying here. Feels super homely and chic decors which gives the vibes you are looking on a holiday, just don’t want to step out at all. The hospitality of the host and the staff is just mind blowing, always there to help you with anything you require. Cleanliness is on point. Highly recommend for all kind of travellers!!!

  • La Maroma estate provides great security in a clean environment, the villa are superbly decorated, fresh and very quiet. Plenty of cycling opportunity around to discover the coast and lovely places around including restaurants of excellent quality.

  • We were a big family wanting to spend a couple of days in Vagator.
    We managed to rent 3 villas and enjoyed our stay all along. The place is spotless, the staff absolutely friendly and you have all the facilities you can wish for. The home-made breakfast was colourful and delicious and if you are ever tired of the restaurants in the vinicity you can always go for a take-away delivered at your door step.

  • Stayed in early March with some friends. 3 bedroom villa in a compound of 9. Perfect for exploring the beaches of North Goa. High quality build and furniture, well appointed kitchen. Great service - catered breakfast in the morning and help with transport. Small garden and plunge pool, but with all the great beaches nearby you don't need anything bigger. The compound is great to share more than 1 villa for a bigger group.

  • La Maroma estate has some outstanding villas as we stayed in one of them. These are one of the best villas Goa has to offer as have been staying at various villas over the years. Our villa was very contemporary and had a heated pool which is needed in the winters. The staff at the villa are just amazing , courteous, well trained and make a super breakfast for you too. If you are looking for a villa in Goa then it does not get better than this.

  • We had the whole villa for a few days and it was bliss. The place is spotless and the staff are very friendly- always happy to help out with anything. Andrea made sure we had a very warm welcome and introduced us to the villa when we arrived- we immediately felt at home. Kavita was there to make us a delicious breakfast every morning with fresh fruits, juices and eggs any way we wanted. La Maroma is extremely well located for restaurants and beaches. There is a private pool which we would use int he afternoons and watch the sunset from the veranda on the first floor. I would definitely recommend this place- the attention to detail is amazing and we felt very special.
