We are committed to using materials that are both stylish and environmentally responsible. Our floors feature terrazzo tiles made from recycled stone, marble, and glass. For our structures, we choose fly ash bricks, a strong and lightweight alternative to clay bricks.

In sunny Goa, we make the most of natural light. We use statement glass to maximize the aesthetic and infuse spaces with abundant daylight. This incorporation, especially in our modern-contemporary villas, blurs the line between indoors and outdoors. Glass doors and windows allow light to play on carefully chosen textures and materials, creating a warm and captivating atmosphere.
